It seems to me that writing a book about the desecration, and profiting from fit, will help me in healing. An alternate would be establishing a comedy routine, really make a spectacle out of the desecration, turning it into a theater of the absurd. Just stand the nightmare on it's head so that what they did is understood as abject Iinsanity

4:42 that's how most people reacts nowdays after the demonization of anger and acting like this female is the "good" thing to do, to speak like her all soft makes her a "better person" or "enlightened" when in fact she is showing signs of absolute maladaptation, disconnected from reality and the healthy way of reacting to thretening situations. This has produced a population of weak, false and unauthentic people that makes it hard to trust or to count on them, fickle personalities. I have always been judged by my reaction, but if you cross my limits or disrespect me, you will find a LION. I am judged by others but i never get sick, I am healthy and developing into a great Human Being despite what other say or think and this Dr. Has reafirm that my HEALTHY anger is not a "demon" but the way a HUMAN reacts.

So sad how adults carry child wounds into adulthood. I once struck my brother in a bad manner when we were teenagers, and felt bad. I never got to confront him and sincerely apologise, but he has been anxious and hostile towards me all of our adult lives, we are now in our 40's. Christmas 2years ago he got angry with me at the dinner table. I excused myself and went for a 10 minute walk around the block. When I got back he was really hostile towards me, and struck me. I let it slip, and sat down and continued dinner. He came back and wanted to hit me again, where I threatened him back. Afterwards he told his kids that I was a bad person and had hit him when we were younger, and that they should leave. I left instead and his kids were crying. My mom kept trying to appease him by saying I should apologise. I've had to tell her that I can only apologise about what happened in our teens and that I need to call out bad behaviour and she should to. I realise she has always ignored holding anyone accountable. He'll get very defensive, so she's walking on eggshells. I come to realise how much a mess my life became mimicking my moms appeasing behaviour, but I'm now practicing standing up for myself and let people and her know how I can't appreciate unkindness towards me, also letting them know how I am not being unkind towards them. It is working with my mom, and also distancing some people.

Trauma is energetic. You have to release shock from the nervous system ( in my case: bones, heart, brainstem and meridians) A good energy healer/shaman can help you with this. Then you won't trigger ( react) anymore.

Im going through a very terrible one Had to delete all my social media apps but youtube so i cease being intouch with her especially Earlier this year i popped a question about hw loyal she has being cause all through "23" we've been having arguments over guys and most especially a particular guy she introduced which she even called me insecured when i questioned her relationship with d guy... She opened up after ly question admist tears and admitted she had sex with two guys already, and that d guy we've always argued about is d second, words still can not express hw i felt and still feel cause dis happened in feb of dis year "24"... I was sooo broken considering d fact i had never touched her for d six years we had known, We first let when she was just 16... I got broken but i needed more clearity on d issues because she said she regretted immediately after d sex was all done and started shouting abd crying while d guy told her to lake it their secret and never tell me about it... It being a mistake is what i find very manipulative! So i reached out to d said guy on fb, as guys we exchanged pleasantries and i went straight to d point and asked him what transpired btwn him and my girl... He apologized first and sent his WhatsApp no to me asking dat we speak via WhatsApp d next day, i gave him a time 17:00 he accepted... That faithful Monday evening he was already waiting... So we got on d call he started off by saying dat he overode my babe With his masculinity and that it wasn't her fault, dat he understands hw hurt I am and acknowledges d fact dat i sort to know what really happened, pleading dat i accept her back, I was so dumbfounded hearing someone tell me how he made out with d one girl ive sacrificed for in every ramification... But i still told him hw vad what ge did as a guy to another is and hw i wouldn't hv done such... I was pushed to tarnish her image cause he was already trying to explain things making it seem as he knows ly gurl much more than i do but i held on and bade him good bye... He even said he made advances towards her b4 d sex i was shattered! We stopped talking for a whole month then in April she sent me a message apologising for everything.... She visited ly mom crying and telling her shallow things look je she did le wrong and i stopped talking to her So mom reached out to me..i called her later on and we got back on very cool terms but something had already been taken way... Fast forward to july i brought up an issue which sge had lied about back in "23" when i calle 'd her line ine morning and a guy picked d call and she denied outrightly that it was never a guy, unknowingly to her i saved d no So i sent the no to her via WhatsApp asking whose no dat is whilst we were chatting at night, she hesitated for a while and answered dat it is a close friends no, that she has always wanted to tell le but doesn't know hw to .... And that she knows hw i got it, i was just quiet and she spat all, apologising for lying to me numerous times over d time a guy picked her call... that it was dat one time she told le she'd be going to read and sleep over at a friend's place dat he fixed his sim in her phone and mind u she already said she had sex with two guys already which knowledge of d other guy made me tell her not to tell le of d first person cause if d pain it would incure... But now she on her own admitted to loosing her virginity to dis guy... And all dis while i hv only seen dis guy as a casual past classmate of hers I can't gooo further Im seriously Hurt Somedays i feel on top of d world and some days i feel very very sad just as i feel nw I which i could find a way out of dis misery without taking my life

From the age of 12 till the age of 19 my mom was not a part of my life I had told my dad that her brother in law molested me and she called me a liar and slapped me. I distanced myself from her and she disappeared from our lives for 7 years during that time I helped my dad care for my siblings. My dad remarried and his wife was not loving to us and I moved out and rarely talked to him once he remarried. My mom defended my child molester till his death. Adapting to trauma was a way of life for me. My sister became an alcoholic and homeless and that was another blow to deal with and she had a accident and ended up with a traumatic brain injury and she passed away in 2018. My parents weren't very helpful after her accident. All this pain was unbearable. I don't think deep trauma goes away.I tried to spare my kids as much as possible.
